In the evening, especially on holiday, the smell of good food fills the air. At Hotel Letizia, we serve dinner from 7.00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: elegant dishes, prepared by our chefs using the finest ingredients.

Tasty recipes and the pleasure of discovering the flavours of Trentino, tempting and at the same time simple, will accompany you throughout your holiday at Hotel Letizia. Every evening, you can expect traditional dishes with a modern twist, made using fresh seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, all of the highest quality. Our chefs prefer to use organic products, preferably from the farms in our valley. A healthy and vital cuisine that also includes vegetarian dishes.
