In our Roman bath, temperature is high (65°/80° degrees), and humidity reaches 55-65%. Its characteristics make it a pleasant true wellness experience. The high temperature causes intense sweating. As a result, the body experiences a natural general detoxification, and toxins are eliminated.
The temperature of our Turkish bath reaches 45°/48° C, with a humidity close to 90-100%. The humidity of the steam promotes the regulation of the body pH, thus moisturizing and cleansing the skin. The Turkish bath is indicated for the improvement of respiratory activities.
