• Payments can be made by check, credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and cash. 
  Reservations are only valid if accompanied by a deposit of € 300.00 per room.
  Full and deposit payments can be made by  :

  - credit card (Visa or Mastecard)
• Rooms are available after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
• A 20% surcharge is applied for stays of less than 4 days
• The board type and hotel treatments must be chosen at the beginning of the stay and will apply throughout the stay period
• Meals not consumed will not be refunded
• In case of early departure and/or late arrival, the full cost of the original booking will be charged
• Tourist tax is €2 per person per day, for a minimum of 10 nights. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt
• Dogs are allowed only in certain types of rooms; they are not allowed in the common areas and the dining room. There is a €15 extra charge per day payable on departure
• Deposits will be returned in case of cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival. In case of cancellation between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid can be used for a different stay during the same season. In case of cancellation within 13 days from the expected date of arrival, deposits will not be refunded and a penalty equal to 20% of the total value of the stay will be charged
